- Licensed Trades: All future renovations involving plumbing or fixtures must be completed by professionals to prevent membrane damage. Routine Maintenance: Property owners should regularly check silicone seals and drainage to stop water ingress. Structural Integrity: This covers membrane defects but excludes damage from house movement or external pipe issues. Australian Standards: Work follows AS 3740 and AS 4654. Any unauthorized alterations to the sealed zone will nullify this warranty.
